glaciære started in 2016 as a side-project to Stevia Sphere. It was meant to be a short project, spanning just two albums, but quickly evolved to being my main project instead. The three first albums are mostly consists of sample-free vaporwave, more specifically hypnagogic drift. After that the project shifted to a post-vaporwave sound, influenced by chillwave, synthwave, synth pop, rock, chiptune, etc. This project serves as my emotional outlet, and thus reflects whatever goes on in my life at the moment.
The project is divided into four eras thus far: the vaporwave trilogy (pool water blue, water slide, hammock), the transitional album (bath), the Renoise era (light ripples, shower) and the revival era (two months of moments, buried in bliss, troubled but hopeful, overflow). The first four albums were produced in SunVox, with all the rest being produced in Renoise.
All music is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution and can be used freely, even for commercial purposes, as long as you credit me.
